As the former Chief People Officer of a national organization of more than 400 employees, Sam brings over 15 years of practical HR experience, steady guidance, and a people-first approach to every client relationship. She is passionate about helping businesses thrive and believes that if you start by treating people right, the rest will follow.
Sam holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, and an Advanced Strategic Human Resource Management certification from Cornell University.
